Active regular clients receive 24-hour breakdown support at our normal technical rates, including weekends, subject to availability. Materials are charged separately. Larger renovation work is coordinated professionally when required.

Our story

Our story — calm, practical and personal

We are a loving family with three young daughters. After many years of running good businesses in the Netherlands, we are ready for more sunshine, more calm and a better rhythm of life in Spain. Vincent brings around twenty years of practical experience in construction, maintenance, pools and outdoor living. Esmée brings years of professional cleaning experience for doctors, dentists, physios, villas and penthouses. Together we build a service that feels easy for the client: reliable, flexible and personal.

Fully equipped from day one.
We work with our own professional tools and carry common consumables and materials, so many small repairs can be completed during the first visit. Special parts and project-specific materials are charged separately.
Need groceries before arrival? We can arrange it.
Going out for the evening and need someone to check the dog? Ask us.
Planning a party? We can help with food, setup and kamado cooking.
Outdoor kitchen or kamado question? Vincent has specialist experience.

24h support for regular clients

Need help in the evening or during the weekend? For active regular clients we offer 24-hour support at our normal technical rates, subject to availability. That can include urgent faults, access issues and lock-out help.
